How to Join Leo
We are open and willing to accept any new members during any point in the year! 
Membership Forms
There are three ways to join Leo: through a paper form, an online form, or by talking to an officer.

  • Paper forms will be distributed during the first few meetings in the library.

  • Online form is            .

  • You may also speak with an officer and just write down on a piece of paper your name, grade, email, address, phone number (home + cell), and T-shirt size.
